Since the beginning of 2021, many PCB manufacturers have warned their clients of a shortage of materials, such as copper, laminates, etc. This has resulted in an increase in PCB prices in the last few months.
This comes at a very inconvenient time, as nearly everyone is struggling with the high demand for components. This demand does not seem to be slowing down. Now all the procurement and logistics managers can add PCB material shortage to the list.
What can be done to avoid your product being delayed?
